Put on your Apollo wearable

Wear it as a band on your wrist or ankle, or as a clip attached to your clothing on a shirt collar, bra strap, or waistband. It’s unobtrusive and easy to use, anytime, anywhere.

Select a mode in the Apollo Neuro app

Choose from distinct modes to fit how you want to feel as you transition throughout your day.

  1. Select a mode.

  2. Select the duration, typically between 15 to 60 minutes.

  3. Set the desired intensity. Start at a low intensity, around 20-40%. It’s normal to forget you’re wearing it.

Make Apollo a part of your daily routine

We recommend using the Apollo wearable at least three hours a day, five days a week, during the day and night.
