Put on your Apollo wearable
Wear it as a band on your wrist or ankle, or as a clip attached to your clothing on a shirt collar, bra strap, or waistband. It’s unobtrusive and easy to use, anytime, anywhere.
Select a mode in the Apollo Neuro app
Choose from distinct modes to fit how you want to feel as you transition throughout your day.
- Select a mode.
- Select the duration, typically between 15 to 60 minutes.
- Set the desired intensity. Start at a low intensity, around 20-40%. It’s normal to forget you’re wearing it.
Make Apollo a part of your daily routine
We recommend using the Apollo wearable at least three hours a day, five days a week, during the day and night.
The more you use it, the better it works. Use the Scheduling feature in the Apollo Neuro app to create a customized routine that automatically plays your favorite modes throughout the day. Less effort, more benefit.

Recenter and rebalance quickly from a long day of work, stress from travel, or a tough workout with Rebuild and Recover.
Relax and Unwind
Around one hour before bed, use Relax and Unwind while you read, brush your teeth, or anything else in your pre-bed routine.
Sleep and Renew
Set Sleep and Renew as your silent lullaby to lull yourself into sleep.
