Apollo Neuroscience studies: the research behind our results

Apollo is the first technology proven to increase heart rate variability (HRV) under stress. The benefits of increased HRV? Focus, sleep, calm, productivity, reduced anxiety and impulsivity, deeper meditative states… the list goes on.

Apollo’s efficacy has been validated in a number of independent and university-led trials, and there are more studies in progress focused on sleep, ADHD, and PTSD. The Apollo team is excited to share these promising results in our mission to help people take control of their stress and live healthier, happier lives.
