Care instructions

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, contact Apollo Apparel + Gear Store Customer Support within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:

- Clear photos or video showing the damage, defect, or production error
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement or refund for an approved claim. In most cases, you will not be required to return the affected item.
Customers should contact the Apollo Apparel + Gear Store directly rather than Printify. Apollo’s customer service team will submit any eligible claim to Printify and, when appropriate, process the customer’s replacement or refund through the original sales channel.
