Is this pricing only good for one device?
You are eligible to pre-order up to 10 Apollo 2.0 wearables until the members-only pre-order period ends.
When will I get my Apollo 2.0 wearable?
Orders placed for Apollo 2.0 now are expected to ship spring 2026. We are working hard to ship sooner and will let you know as soon as your order is ready!
Does my Apollo 2.0 come with a refund policy/warranty?
Apollo 2.0 has the normal 30-day refund policy once you receive the product. Every Apollo 2.0 will also come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty with extended warranty options.
Can I use my FSA/HSA funds?
No. HSA/FSA is only applicable for products currently in the market, not for pre-orders. If you have extra HSA/FSA funds to spend, head to the Apollo website and get a great deal on Apollo 1.0!
