Introducing Scheduling for Apollo Neuro - your favorite modes, any time, any day you want them. With the new Scheduling feature, you’ll be able to create a customized schedule that automatically plays throughout your day, so you can get into healthy Apollo routines with less thought and effort.
Just set up your schedule, wear Apollo on your ankle or wrist, and let your scheduled modes help you flow through the day. You can even switch it up for different days of the week. Take the whole "remembering" part out of your Apollo experience.
Here are our favorite ways to use Scheduling:
- Set Energy and Wake Up to be your silent but effective alarm clock
- Schedule Social and Open 30 minutes before a meeting or presentation
- Schedule Relax and Unwind so you know when it’s time to close that laptop and wind down from the day
- Schedule Sleep and Renew every day, 30 minutes before bedtime to promote a healthy sleep routine
- Schedule a routine for your child’s day at school so they can be mobile device-free

How to build a schedule
- Open your Apollo Neuro app and tap on the clock icon at the bottom of the home screen
- Select your favorite modes and schedule them to play whenever you want, anytime of day, any day of week
- Modes will automatically play on your schedule, with no need to use your app or do anything beyond wearing your Apollo device
- For best results, plan to schedule Apollo for 3+ hours a day, at least 5 days a week, during the day and night.
- If you want to play a different mode when your Apollo is on a schedule, no problem. Just choose the mode and it will override the scheduled mode playing at that time. Your schedule will remain the same for the future.
