Dr Stephanie Estima and Dr David Rabin headshots in front of purple gradient

Did you know that women are twice as likely to have insomnia than men? (Source: University of Michigan Medicine) When researchers studied the sleep of young boys and girls, they noted there are no differences until puberty starts. Then, at different times of the month, girls and women will sleep better than at other times because of the fluctuations in their menstrual cycles. Other life events in a woman’s life - pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause - can also greatly affect women’s ability to sleep well, rest, and recover.

In our webinar, “Women and Sleep: How Hormones Affect Your Rest and Recovery”, Dr. Dave Rabin, MD, PhD, and Dr. Stephanie Estima dive into ways that women can support their health and improve their sleep throughout all phases of their lives. Whether you’re a female experiencing hormone changes such as perimenopause or menopause or have a loved one who is and you want to better support them, this webinar is for everyone who is passionate about getting the rest they need and living their fullest lives.
